How to use
It can be used as is without the need for rehydration or draining. The block type is recommended for dishes like fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, and curry, the sliced type for stir-fried noodles, twice-cooked pork, and kimchi stir-fry, and the ground meat type for Mapo tofu, hamburgers, and meat sauce.
Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity, and store at room temperature. Please use it all at once after opening.
