What types of Japanese tea are there?
The general procedure for brewing Japanese tea is as follows
■2-3 people
(1) Put tea leaves in a teapot (about 2 tablespoons).
(2) Slowly pour hot water into the teapot (70~80°C)
(3) Wait gently for the tea leaves to open (about 1 minute).
(4) Pour into cups.
(1), (2) and (3) can be adjusted to taste.
If drinking with more than one person, swirl and pour a little at a time so that the tea is evenly thickened.

The flavour and aroma of Japanese tea changes depending on the amount of tea leaves, the temperature of the water and the length of steeping.
You can change the way you drink it, whether you want to drink it with food, to relax or to refresh your palate.
It can be stored for six to ten months before opening. Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within approximately one month.
The amount of caffeine in Japanese tea varies from variety to variety. Compare with coffee.
