First of all, orthodox sencha is recommended.
The tea leaves are steamed longer during the production process. This makes it easier for the taste and ingredients of the tea to be released than usual.

Brewing instructions (for one person)
3 g tea / 120 ml water (80°C) / Extraction time 50 seconds
120 ml water (80°C) / Extraction time 1 minute
3rd and subsequent brew
Lowering the water temperature and shortening the infusion time in the first brew will reduce astringency and bitterness.
Conversely, if you prefer a stronger flavour, use a higher water temperature and a longer infusion time.
*Water tastes better once boiled.
