Low bitterness, rich in umami and easy to drink
This is a tea made from tea stems only. This tea has less bitterness than regular tea made from leaves and is clearer and more refreshing.

Tea stems contain fewer catechins than leaves and therefore have less bitterness. They also contain twice as much theanine as usual, making it easier to taste sweetness and flavour. It has a fragrant, flowery aroma and is refreshing and very easy to drink.
Brewing instructions (for one person)
1st brew
3 g tea / 120 ml water (70~80°C) / Extraction time 40 sec
2nd brew
120 ml water (100°C) / Extraction time 10 sec
3rd and subsequent brew
as desired
For the first brew, use normal temperature and extraction time. For the second brew, use a higher temperature and shorter extraction time.
In both cases, make sure to pour every last drop into the cup (that's where the flavour is concentrated).
*Water tastes better once boiled.
