Notes
Delivery service is limited to the industrial, commercial and residential areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service is not applicable to remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Airport, Discovery Bay, etc.). Delivery service is not applicable to delivery locations where trucks cannot reach directly. If there is any elevator failure during delivery and it is not operating normally/buildings without elevators, customers need to pick up the goods on the ground floor below.
When the black rainstorm warning and/or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is/are hoisted, or is in effect, the delivery service time may be delayed. The company will contact customers to change the delivery date. If the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, Yappun reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee. We will notify you additional delivery fee before re-delivery and collect fee upon delivery. If you refuse to pay for re-delivery fee, we have to cancel the order and we will not refund. If the customer picks up the goods in the unloading area or parking lot where require to pay the parking fee, the customer must pay the parking fee for the first half hour or one hour (whichever is lower). If there is any change in the delivery address, the customer is responsible for notifying the company immediately.
