Brewing instructions (for one person)

1st brew
3 g tea / 120 ml water (70~80°C) / Extraction time 30 sec
2nd brew
120 ml water (100°C) / Extraction time 3 sec
3rd and subsequent brew
as desired

To fully bring out the aroma of roasted brown rice tea, it's best to brew it with boiling water. As soon as the water is poured, the rich fragrance of the roasted brown rice will waft through the air.
