Aged Chicken Ham, Shikwasa

Using salted rice malt to draw its taste of Umami, refreshing flavour of shikwasa is added in aging process for 14 days.  They use ripen shikwasa as less-bitterness and well-balanced sourness flavouring.

For light meals and snacks

Start with sliced or hand-torn chicken.

This alone makes a great light snack or accompaniment to drinks.

For salads

Serve chicken salad with vegetables.

Goes especially well with soy sauce-based or vinegar-based dressings.

As a noodle topping

 Ramen, udon, soba, pho, rice noodles.

Adding it to soups makes the broth more tasty.
