Dried Vegetables & Wakame Mix

This is a long-term storable product made from fresh vegetables from Kyushu, dried using a low-temperature air-dry method. It eliminates the need for pre-processing and cutting, and does not produce any kitchen waste. It contains four types of vegetables: carrots, cabbage, komatsuna, and wakame, and just by adding hot water for 3 minutes, it rehydrates to about 500g. You can easily enjoy the taste and nutrition of fresh vegetables from Kyushu as they are.
