Cooked Miso has traditionally made in Okinawa. In general, cooked pork lard and ground pork meat mixed with soy bean paste.  We have spicy and non-spicy one.  We recommend spicy one with island chili pepper because it is not so spicy.

②Fisheman's Furikake Sprinkle
Sprinkle this mixture of dried wakame seaweed, shrimp and anchovy on the cooked warm rice.  Gentle taste will make you eat more rice.

③Okinawa Mozuku Seaweed Soup
Mozuku is super healthy food. Low calories and special nutrient called Fucoidan contained.  Soup with soy sauce flavour include dried Mozuku, wakame seaweed, chopped green onion.  All you need to do is pour hot water and ready to drink tasty hot soup.

④Ishigaki Island Chili Oil
