This is a gentle Congee for babies, made with a delicate broth. It is very soft and mushy, with a slight mix of grains, designed with the baby's ease of eating in mind. It is cooked with a sophisticated broth using freshly shaved Bonito flakes and natural Kombu, giving it a refined taste. The Congee, simmered in a clear golden broth, has a faint yellow hue and a shine reminiscent of rice plants before harvest. The rice used is Koshihikari, painstakingly cultivated by a family farm in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture, without any food additives, preserving the natural deliciousness and gentle flavor of the rice.

How to use
You can enjoy it as is, but warming it up will enhance the flavor of the rice.
1. To warm in hot water: Without opening, warm in boiling water for about 40 seconds.
2. To warm in a microwave: Be sure to transfer the contents to a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for about 30 seconds (500W).
