This is a gluten-free cookie made with 100% domestically produced soybean okara. There are four flavors: coconut, Tochiotome strawberry, Dutch cocoa, and plain. A Yellow Ribbon Medal-winning patissier has collaborated to create these cookies using a method that does not use wheat flour, eggs, or dairy. With only 0.6g of trans fatty acids per 100g and no use of animal fats, this product is also health-conscious. It is low in sugar and individually wrapped for convenience in carrying around. Additionally, it is made with aluminum-free baking powder, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
