LOW CALORIE, COLD OR HOT, KONJAC NOODLE WITH Mabo Sauce
Enjoy low calorie konjac noodle with Mabo (mince meat with spicy soy bean paste) Sauce either hot or cold.
Ingredient: [Konjac] konjac powder(from Japan)/egg shell calcined calcium(coagulant for konjac)
[soup] soy sauce(includes flour), Fructose Dextrose Liquid Sugar, edible vegetable oil and fat, fermented seasoning, protein hydrolysate, sugar, pork extract(including sesame and chicken meat), granular soy protein, salt, fermented black soybean, chili pepper, Doubanjiang, garlic, ginger, Sichuan pepper, yeast extract/seasoning(amino acid etc.), thickener(processed starch, xanthan gum), acidifier, flavouring, paprika pigment, spice extract.
Net Content: 165g (konjac 140g, soup 25g)
Storage Method: avoid direct sunlight and high temperature/humid and store
How to eat: [For eating cold]
- Wash the konjac noodles that have been chilled well in advance and drain the water well.
-Arrange the noodles on a plate and add the desired amount of chilled soup as you like.
[For eating hot]
-Warm the washed konnyaku in boiling water for about 1-1/2 minute.
-Dip the attached soup into hot water to warm it, and then pour the desired amount onto the konjac on the plate and enjoy.
Both cold and hot, the dish can be enhanced by adding ingredients such as minced meat or chopped cucumber and condiments.
