                    Charcteritics

                    This miso was made by the same recipe of one of the oldest Japanese zen temple "Eihei-ji" in Fukui.

                    The ration of malted rice against soybeans is 1.1 times.  Salinity is 12.3%.  It is medium saltiness miso.
