”Okinawa Island half-curded Tofu” is soft tofu just before it hardens completely. This tofu is made by squeezing the soya beans raw using a process unique to Okinawa, which is characterised by the natural flavour of the soya beans being enhanced.
Normally, this tofu only lasts for three days and could not be enjoyed outside Okinawa, but thanks to special sterilisation and aseptic packaging technology, a 15-day shelf life has been achieved (no preservatives are used). We hope that many people will enjoy the taste of Okinawa.
