① Koregusu(Island chili pepper in Awamori sauce)

Okinawa's island chili pepper pickled in Awamori (Okinawa distilled spirit) is favorite spicy sauce especially for Okinawa soba noodle.  It is clear and spicy.  Adding refreshing hot taste and Awamori's flavour together to stir-fly, pork stew, and soup.

② Ishigaki Island Chili Oil

All natural, chemical seasoning-free 15 ingredients secret recipe.  This Chili Oil made a big trend of " all-purpose spicy sauce" in Japan.  The big boom was called "Taberu Ra-yu(Eating Chili Oil) boom" and pave the way to create new category of 'flavored chili oil' in Japan market.

③ Ishigaki Island Sea Salt

It is made from crystal clear and mineral-rich seawater of Ishigaki Island.  Boiling them in  the big cauldron for 3 days.  It is powdery comparing with regular salt.  It is perfectly match with boiled vegetable, tomato salad, tempura, boiled egg etc.

④ Mozuku Flavoured Soy Sauce

Okinawa's another famous super food 'Mozuku" is mixed with soy sauce.  Successfully cutting 50% salt content by using natural thickness and umami of Mozuku.  It would be the strong advantage or character as low sodium and thick texture for versatile menu.
