① Okinawa Island Tofu 500g
Different from conventional method of making tofu in other area of Japan, they grind and squeeze the soaked soy beans before heating up. Squeezing raw soybean (Nama shibori) takes a lot more work and produces less tofu than conventional method, but it can maintain the aroma and taste of soy bean and reduce a harshness.
② Half-curded Okinawa Island Tofu 500g
This tofu is made before pouring into mold covered with cotton cloth and squeeze out excess water. It is so rich in flavour and soft because each curded chunks hold maximum water along soy bean's protein and float in the water. It does not contain any preservatives. Good for soup, lasagna or Tofu stew of Korean food.
③ Okinawa Peanut Tofu 3 Flavours 3pack
Okinawa's original tofu made from peanut. After 2 seconds you put this into your mouth, it melts away and leave rich note of aroma of peanut. No preservatives are used.
