Ingredients: Sushi rice (made with Japanese rice), seasoned dried tofu, omelet, seasoned shiitake mushrooms, seasoned carrots, dried minced fish (with shrimp), seasoned dried gourd / processed starch, sweetener (sorbit), trehalose, glycine, acidifier (amino acid, etc.), sorbit, phosphate (Na), glycerin esters, pH adjuster K carbonate, colouring (red yeast rice, carotene), acidifier, (contains shrimp, egg, wheat, soybeans in some cases)
Contents: 16 slices
Shelf life: 1 year from date of manufacture
Storage method: Must be frozen (-18℃ or below)
Whether or not heated before freezing: Ingredients are shaped as sushi rolls after cooking and not heated as sushi rolls.
How to Serve: Thaw naturally at room temperature or heat in a microwave oven or steam convection oven.
For microwave cooking (about 10 pieces per time)
  500W for about 5 minutes ・600W for about 4 minutes
When heated by steam convection oven (a whole pack)
  Steam mode (100℃) about 10 minutes
*After heating, leave at room temperature (around 20℃) for about 40 minutes.
